Tub-Tub
A musical adventure by author Zeb Soanes and composer James Marangone.
When Fred’s green-fingered grandfather shows her a map to the mysterious island of Papa Nupi, he leads her on a summer holiday adventure that just might save the planet.

Inspired by a determination to increase the engagement and availability of accessible children’s works, Fred and the Fantastic Tub-Tub has been collaboratively written by author and Classic FM Presenter Zeb Soanes and composer James Marangone.
Developed from a desire to produce a piece that is relevant and connected to the world children grow up in today, Tub-Tub’s themes include those of reuse, resilience and acceptance, and the cinematic score features a wide variety of organic sound effects. Written into the work are a myriad of interactive opportunities and engagement points for a wide variety of musical levels, and SEND provision.
The storybook is published by Welsh publisher Graffeg with illustrations by Anja Uhren. We also have an extensive cross-curricular Key Stage 2 educational resource written by Kim Waldock available with all educational performances.
